Artist Statement

All my seascapes are inspired by the endless array of patterns, textures, forms and colours found in nature.

When painting, I like to see what will happen, and what kind of emotional responses I will create. I use gravity and a paintbrush to move the paint across the surface. This process consists of the application of acrylic paint layers by pouring, dripping, rotating and mixing them on a canvas. I believe that for me and the viewer, my paintings can be an interesting journey to the land of dreams and new discovery of the world around us.
